The Indian Village Board of Directors has finalized a new Constitution, Bylaws, and Code of Conduct for the voluntary neighborhood association, and approved them unanimously. These documents have been finalized and submitted to the Allen County Recorder’s Office, and are the governing documents for the Indian Village Community Association membership going forward.
