About Us

Governed by the IVCA Constitution and Bylaws (2024) under Indiana Code 32-25.5, the IVCA works to promote safety, organize events, and facilitate communication among residents and the surrounding community.

Annual dues are $20, payable at any time during the calendar year (membership expires December 31). Members in good standing have the right to attend meetings, vote on association matters, and serve on the Board or committees.
Special Membership may also be extended to persons, businesses, or organizations outside the community who wish to donate or participate — though special members do not hold voting rights.
To join or pay dues: email the board.
