The Indian Village neighborhood garage sale is this Saturday, September 12, 2026.
Residents are encouraged to set up sales at their homes throughout the neighborhood. Shoppers are welcome to walk or drive the streets and stop at any participating home.

Aboite Township’s free Concerts on the Green series continues at Indian Trails Park on Wednesday nights. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy live music from 7–9 PM. Rita’s on the Road and Fire Department hot dogs will be available for purchase.

The City of Fort Wayne is hosting a public information meeting for the Poka-Bache Connector Trail on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 6:00 PM at Waynedale United Methodist Church.
This trail will run along the east side of Bluffton Road through the Waynedale area, directly improving pedestrian and bicycle access for Indian Village residents. When completed, it will be part of the 82-mile Poka-Bache Connector — the longest trail in Indiana.
