Call to order at 6:30 by Paul, seconded by Monica
Discussion:
– Approved previous minutes from July 20, 2023
– Finalize constitution and bylaws, approved by board
– Monica to prepare and file taxes
– Paul to confirm state reporting
– Sign repairs:
- Only one estimate received for $15,000
- Others contacted have declined the work
- Paul to look into pursuing 2024 Neighborhood improvement grant for $5,000
- Fundraising: Once final amount is determined for fundraising, set up GoFundMe
– Membership Dues
- Board members have all paid dues for 2024
- Monica to look into electronic method for receiving dues
– Postcard Mailers with brief info and QR codes/links (when the below items are complete, on the website, and ready to include) – Paul has volunteered to pay out of pocket for these.
- Dues $20/member to join voluntary organization
- Sewer, sign repair updates
- Fundraising info
– No new business
